Our underground cellar is a modern and innovative building, perfectly integrating with landscape and surroundings, the place itself being particularly suitable for wine production and aging. We harvest entirely by hand and press the whole grape after a careful selection. Vinification is carried out in wooden and steel containers, where our wine ages before being bottled.
